A Workshop to Build Empathy and Compassion Between Colleagues

Supporting the mental health of your organisation starts by recognising that it is made up of individuals, all of whom will at some point require the support and understanding of their colleagues and management.  A little kindness can go a long way.

Being kind to others may seem obvious, but there are many reasons why people don’t feel comfortable extending empathy and compassion to others:

  • Fear of rejection
  • Fear of misinterpretation
  • Fear of ‘getting it wrong’

In this two hour workshop, we work with groups of colleagues to help them understand how to have compassionate conversations, how to pick up signs when someone may appreciate empathy and understanding and why it matters that we stay connected and show each other kindness.
